One of the big attractions is Quetzal's favorite food, chalupas, but when Cassie's older sister Sophie doesn't show up, Cassie's convinced that there aren't going to be any. Emmy suggests that Cassie could take over the task, as she knows what to do. Meanwhile, Enrique teaches everyone a special song in Spanish and English to sing to Quetzal.
